St. Emma
Saint Emma of Lesum was a medieval German noblewoman known for her piety and charitable works. Born into a noble family, she married a count but was widowed early. She then dedicated herself to a life of prayer, fasting, and caring for the poor. Emma founded several churches and monasteries and is remembered for her generosity and compassion. She is venerated as a saint in the Catholic Church and is considered a model of Christian charity and devotion.
Feast Day is on December 3.
