St. Agatha
St. Agatha is the Patron Saint of Breast Cancer.
St. Agatha of Sicily was born in the Sicilian city Catania. She was born a Christian into a rich and important family, and was deeply devoted to God. Though she was arrested and tortured by the governor of Sicily, she remained chaste. The torturers humiliated her and removed her breasts, but St. Peter appeared to the martyr and restored them.
Feast Day is February 5th.
