Not Truly Cloth, But does the Job
Thought it would be more cloth like, but have bought the whole series of colors for the church. The minister appreciates how it looks and is happy with how it films. Since that is how we do services now. Wish I had thought that I would buy them all originally, but thought just basic... until we went a year with the pandemic.

Good quality
So, it's not exactly "cloth" which is fine because it looks like a higher quality than just plastic from Staples. The pocket in the front is helpful to have. The quality is good, especially for the price. I bought the whole set. I love having different color binders for the liturgical seasons and special occasions like weddings and funerals. One binder was back-ordered and delayed. The customer service was fine. I would definitely recommend this product.
