Beautiful antique cherry, genuine leather personal journal with richly embossed Deacon Stole Cross symbol on front cover measures 8" X 6 1/2". An elastic band closes the journal and secures around a decorative 1 1/2" bronze Latin Cross on the spine. Inside cover features a plastic sleeve to hold a 3 1/2" X 2 1/2" picture or prayer card as well as a pen, USB holder and an area for a personalized 2 1/2" X 2" engraving plate for your favorite prayer or inspirational quote. Journal contains a replaceable 200 page (100 sheet) pad of antique paper with lined gold edge. A coordinating 12" bookmark is secured to the journal's spine. What a journal!
Even though this was created with a church Deacon in mind, this is a great journal for any Christian! i loved how quickly i felt at home with this. Just by adding your favorite prayer cards, maybe a little rosary prayer pamphlet, a photo... For me, it quickly felt like it had been with me for years! Now i write from a deeper place in my heart. I also keep a list of names of people i have promissed to pray for. And now i can track my spiritual quest. This is by far the lowest price i could fíńd! The price is VERY low when compared to other web sites. I searched! The customer service here, without hesitation i rate the whole five stars! I am so DELIGHTED with this! THANK YOU!!!
